The Contour XLRM gives you all of the performance of LaserCrafts Contour XLR in a rugged assembly. The standard handle is replaced with a precision machined and anodized aluminum mounting plate providing secure mounting. Sealed to IP67 it is ideal for use in harsh environments.

Using LaserCrafts HUD (Heads Up Display) the XLRm can be aimed easily and effectively with the user being given a clear view of the target through the see through targeting reticle whilst at the same time seeing the target range displayed under the reticle. This system also gives the user an indication of beam size at range. |

Under normal operating conditions the XLRm is used without a reflector. For conditions where visibility is low the addition of a lens filter and retro-reflector kit gives the instrument the ability to function in environments where ranges to targets cannot normally be achieved.
The XLRm may be controlled directly from the instruments own keypad and display or remotely via its RS232 port. Data update rates of 3 - 10Hz and 200Hz are software selectable as well as minimum and maximum ranges. Other parameters can be customised to suit your application.
